Please make sure that you read and agree to these terms before purchasing goods from this site. By purchasing goods you automatically accept these terms and conditions.

1. We will dispatch your order to addresses in the UK by next working day service and to addresses abroad by mail or carrier whichever is the most economic for you the customer. Charges for this will be added to your order at cost. Please see our postage charges for further details. These charges are not refundable if you return the goods unless we are at fault.
   
   
2. The prices quoted on this site are amended regularly but we reserve the right to alter them without notice if the need arises due to circumstances beyond our control. We make every effort to ensure the pictures prices and descriptions are accurate but in the event of any error or mismatch of data we reserve the right to send the correct item.You will be informed before dispatch if this is the case and you may of course cancel your order if you wish.
   
   
3. All goods are offered subject to being unsold, this is particularly pertinent with second hand & sale items.
   
   
4. All goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch this can be done by Credit Card, Cheque, Postal Order, Cash, Switch or Bank Transfer.
   
   
5. Once goods are delivered they are your responsibility. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods you can return them for a full refund of the purchase price. We strongly advise that you ensure that they are fully insured for the return trip. IMPORTANT:-The returned goods on receipt by Stephen J Fawcett must be in the same condition as they were when sent to you and if new in the original packaging otherwise we reserve the right to reject a full refund.
   
   
6. VERY IMPORTANT---Always sign for goods as "unexamined" or in the event of the goods arriving damaged you must sign for them as being "damaged" if this is apparent. Please advise us immediately we will on your instruction either replace the goods or give you a full refund including outgoing and return carriage.
   
   
7. V. A. T. is included in the prices shown, we will deduct this for overseas customers outside the EEC. This does not apply to second hand items we use V. A. T. scheme A for this type of goods therefore no deductable V. A. T. is included in the price.
   
   
8. In the unlikely event of a dispute English Law shall apply and any proceedings shall be conducted in the County Palatine of Lancaster.
   
   
9. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights according to English Law.
